Take part in an adventure within the Waitemata Harbour and push your personal boundaries! Join hundreds of others in programme of swims of escalating challenge. Have fun, get fit, socialise with your friends.
The 2006/07 series demonstrated again that almost anyone can take part in these events. The oldest person to take part in the 4.45 km Rangitoto/St Heliers Swim was aged 82 and the youngest aged 14. A paraplegic completed the swim, as he has done for the past few years. So if you haven't participated in the Series before, we challenge you to join us. We are NOT elite swimmers, just a bunch of regular people who like to keep fit while having fun.
So start getting the body in shape NOW. Join us at the Tepid Baths, where we swim every Wednesday evening from 7:30. We have a coach in attendance to provide free tuition as well. For further information regarding the Club and membership contact Neil Crampton at neil.crampton@pdp.co.nz
For information regarding the Harbour swims contact Geoff Carter at gcarter@xtra.co.nz
